Nursery of the Year!

A school day at The Park

View our Daily Routine.

We offer so much for your child at The Park, we go above and beyond to provide each child with an fun educational session to suit them and their needs. We follow the EYFS curriculum with added extra's to ensure your child is stimulated and enjoying their learning throughout each and every day. We thoroughly assess each child on a daily basis to make sure no key areas of learning are 'missed' and those that need a bit extra get the help they need.

Many parents require earlier drop offs and later collections  from The Park. We are open from 8am until 6pm Monday - Thursday and 8a.m.-3.30p.m on a Friday.   Pre-booking is essential in order that we can maintain our adult to child ratios. However last minute request will be accommodated wherever possible.

The majority of the children join us for a school day which runs from 09:15am to 3:00p.m.  Please note that if your child is booked in for the morning session (from 9.15a.m.) that they arrive before 9.30a.m as this is when our door is locked and our morning carpet time starts. iF you are going to be late please contact us on the emergency mobile so we can wait for your child in case we decide to go for a walk. If you do not let us know and they have not arrived by 9.45a.m., we cannot guarantee we will still be at school.

We also offer an extended afternoon session from 11.30 until 3.00p.m for any children who need to attend in the afternoon after a morning at school

These later starting sessions are ideal for children who are not yet ready for a school day but who would benefit from the fun and educational activities that happen in the afternoons. They are also timed to suit children that attend other settings for the government funded play session from 9am till 11.30pm. (We have several parents who are keen to organise a lift share arrangement from various other settings locally).

The children then have the opportunity to free play or to join in the different activities during the afternoon. For costs of all sessions please see Fees and Sessions page on this site.
