Our Staff

Whatever the weather, whatever the topic, we are there for your child and ready to give 100% every time.

Our staff far exceed the average level of childcare qualifications.  All are qualified in childcare and between them they have a Foundation Degree (level 5) in Early Years Teaching, NVQ 5 In Management, Certificate in Early Years Practice level 4, Cache Level 3's and NVQ Level 3's.  They regularly attend courses and their level of commitment is exemplary.

Our Teachers

Miss Nicci, Owner, Manager and Teacher at The Park

I lead groups of  4-6 children in the outdoor barn or outside space every day. These sessions consist of various aspects of outdoor learning, such as planting, problem solving, care for animals etc. I have an NVQ level 5 in management and a level 3 NVQ in childcare. When I'm not at The Park I'm a busy Mum to two girls, Megan and Emma. I enjoy going to concerts, seeing friends and relaxing after a busy day.

Miss Louise (Miss Lou), Deputy Manager and Teacher at The Park

I plan all of our daily activities throughout the School. Such as art/craft time, big book of the week, singing, I change the role-play area and small world in-keeping with our theme of the week. I also teach the children French, Welsh and Spanish words. I lead a 15 minute concentration carpet session in the big room, in this session the children will be doing a variety of activities, which are changed weekly. These include; colour and number recognition, matching games, using die for counting and French/Welsh/Spanish vocabulary. I am currently running small writing sessions in the Education Room too, during which time the children enjoy extension writing time, letter recognition, name writing and more. I also update and maintain our school website. I have a Cache Level 3 Certificate, a Certificate in Early Years Practise (level 4 equivalent) and I have just completed my Foundation Degree in Early Years Teaching (level 5). In my spare time I enjoy walking, baking, watching films and being with family and friends.
